Built completely in the United Kingdom, we stringently ensure all our component and supplier sourced material is either from renewable or responsible sourced materials. Employing SIP (Structural Integrated Panels) technology at the core of our structural design we use superior materials to reduce heat loss and ensure longevity of our structures, requiring significantly less heating than alternative construction methods and significantly reducing long term running cost.

ECO OPTIONS
In the context of Green building, James Gray offers our customers a plethora of Eco-friendly energy efficient construction methods. Using SIPS material, is proven to be 63% more energy efficient than 2006 IECC. SIPS save planetary resources, taking less energy to produce than other structural building materials. SIPS are also manufactured in a controlled environment, allowing for a much greater efficiency than a site build framing. Using SIPS dramatically reduces the waste generated by standard construction methods, using fabrication technology to ensure the most efficient use of materials.

WORKMANSHIP & BUILD APPROACH

Our tested and refined construction process allows us to install all of our structures in the minimum amount of ‘site time’ ensuring our clients and your neighbours experience the least amount of disruption possible. Following our comprehensive site survey, James Gray will produce a full preassembled structure which will then be dismantled and carefully transported to site. Our average installation time on site is less than 5 working days on site.
 All of this is in conjunction with our engineered Alwitra roofing system, with a 20 year guarantee ensures our building will stand the test of time.

DELIVERY
We offer a reliable delivery and build service throughout the UK. Once you're happy with your design we can commence the construction process. We aim to install the structure between 4 -6 weeks
from confirmation.
