Hideaway finished in thermowood. Partition return inside to create two office spaces. Custom wrap decking.

Our first unit in our new Kimochii wood cladding, with Astragal glazing bars and beautiful WABI decking. This unit is is 7.45m x 4m and features a large main room with a separate smaller office area.

Winchester - Radlett. 8m X 3.7m Winchester Gym, featuring centre sliding doors, and millboard decking. Supported with separate storage unit. Concealed box gutter. Build time 7 days.


Bespoke garden building design 3.0m X 4.26m with feature window, finished in Shou Ban.

10.0m X 4.0m Wabi Shou Ban garden building with custom log store, steel security door, black aluminium window frames and a vaulted internal ceiling with structural glulam beam. Externally the roof is over-clad in Wabi Shou Ban, with Alwitra under-layer and concealed box gutter. Stunning!

James Gray are extremely proud of our bespoke fully customised home cinema, boasting custom fitted Aluminium fascia and cladding, naturewall acoustic wall panelling, custom composite matching decking and two bespoke designed store rooms. All designed specifically to compliment the available space.

 Garage conversation studio in Dorset with additional floor added, bathroom and kitchen. Built with SIPS structure and finished in Shou Ban cladding with a tiled roof. Build time: 19 working days.

Bespoke Escape 4.8m x 3.75m with recessed sliding doors, floor to ceiling side window and custom millboard decking. We also matched the standing seem detail in the roof of the customer's house.

Sanctuary measuring 7.25m x 3.5m, finished in Wabi Shou Ban. Complete with custom skylight and internal store room with pocket door.

BESPOKE L Shaped Office - Bromley

5.0m x 5.5 L shaped office, including two storage rooms, one accessible from inside via a pocket door, both with steel
Security doors. A custom decked relaxation and entertainment area with floating bench. The unit has a three leaf bifold, and is finished in Thermowood.

BESPOKE Sanctuary - Oxshott - Leatherhead

A custom Sanctuary gym that has been extended to 3.0m in height with an external footprint of 5.3m x 3.8. Finished in Wabi Shou Ban and including a Samsung A/C unit and three leaf sliding doors. We can't wait to see this unit as a working gym after landscaping!

RNLI Garden, RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2022

This 3.5m (W)  X 6m (D) Hideaway was designed to blend with a customers garden in an urban part of Bedford. Finished in Shou Ban, the unit includes a feature panel wall painted in Farrow and Ball.
